Calvin Klein preferred program (“program”) participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Calvin Klein, Inc. (“Calvin Klein”).Calvin Klein has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may effect the value of points already accumulated, or the value of the rewards, except where prohibited by law. all interpretations of program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Calvin Klein and such interpretations are binding on participants, except where prohibited by law.
participants in the program must present their preferred card or sticker (placed on their credit card) with every purchase in order to assure accurate tracking of the points. participants must submit purchase information to Calvin Klein within 90 days of purchase for any point adjustments on their account. Phillips-Van Heusen and Calvin Klein associates are not eligible to participate in the program. participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
participants consent to Calvin Klein accumulation, retention, and reasonable use of all information regarding them and their purchase acquired by Calvin Klein as a result of their participation in the program. Calvin Klein will not share participant information with a third party for any reason unrelated to its business.
participants will earn one point for each dollar of a qualifying purchase (excluding taxes). purchases made other than by cash, check or credit card, such as those made using a reward card (“reward card”), gift card, or merchandise credit are not eligible for point accumulation. merchandise and gift card purchases by participants at participating Calvin Klein specialty stores, Calvin Klein company stores and Calvin Klein company
underwear stores constitute qualifying purchases. each time a participant accumulates 500 points, the points will be automatically deducted from the participant’s account, and $50 Calvin Klein reward card will be automatically sent in the mail to the participant’s home address.
reward cards can be used towards merchandise purchases only at participating Calvin Klein free standing retail stores in the United States and Puerto Rico. such stores include certain Calvin Klein specialty stores, certain Calvin Klein company stores, and certain Calvin Klein company underwear stores. reward cards may not be redeemed for cash. if purchased items are returned, the points accumulated with said purchase will be deducted accordingly. if items purchased with a reward card are returned, refunded dollar amount will be returned to the reward card.
the program has no predetermined termination date, and may continue until such date as Calvin Klein, in its sole discretion, designates as the termination date. Calvin Klein has the right to end the program at any time without providing written notice to participants.
any participant's program account that is inactive (no purchase, return or exchange activity associated with the preferred customer number) for a period of six months, will forfeit all previously earned points.
program valid only for customers providing a United States address. participants are responsible for notifying Calvin Klein of any changes in address. Calvin Klein is not responsible for the delivery of earned reward cards that are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during transit. program points and reward cards may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the program participants.
the program and participation therein, is void where prohibited by law or where Calvin Klein would be obligated to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other government regulatory approval relating to the program.
