how do i join the preferred program?

what is my pin number?
your pin number appears on the back of your membership card. it is the six digit number to the right of the membership number/bar code.

i joined the preferred program, but I have not received any emails/the 20% off sign-up coupon. why?
your internet service provider may have mistakenly sent the emails/certificate to your spam/bulk/junk folder. if you cannot locate the emails/certificate in your spam/bulk/junk email folder, it is possible your email address may have been entered incorrectly. please click here and we will assist you. important: to better ensure receipt of emails, please add calvinkleinonline@email.ck.com to your personal address book
how do I change my email address?
click here to log onto your account with your user name and password; you may then update your email address. if you have not yet registered, click here to set up your account.
how do I get the email certificates to print correctly?
the certificate emails include images; your internet service provider may be blocking those images. please update the settings within your email program to “enable images”. if you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer service department at 1.866.214.6694 (monday-friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. est).
how do i unsubscribe?
you may click on the manage my account link located at the bottom of each email message to unsubscribe, or click here to send an email stating you wish to unsubscribe from the preferred program. please keep in mind, once you unsubscribe you will be forfeiting all future rewards as rewards certificates are only delivered via email.
how do i re-subscribe to receive emails again?
click here to log onto your account with your user name and password. review the email list(s) located at the bottom of your personal account page, check the emails you would like to receive, then hit “submit”.
what do i do if i reported the email as spam by mistake?

how do i register a preferred card i picked up at a store?

duplicate cards are not available. you can get a new card from your local store (click here to search for store locations) or you may request a new card via email (click here to contact us). please provide your full name and address as your card will be mailed to you.

i just registered for the preferred program today; when can I expect to receive my 20% coupon?
you should receive your 20% coupon via email within 5 days. important: to better ensure receipt of emails, please add calvinkleinonline@email.ck.com to your personal address book
my 20% coupon expired before I could use it; can you send me another one?
coupons must be used before their expiration date; replacements cannot be issued.
do i have to present my preferred card when redeeming coupons?
yes. you must present your preferred card when redeeming your coupon. store associates will be unable to accept your coupon if you do not present the matching preferred card.

how do i earn rewards?
you earn 1 preferred point for every dollar spent at a participating calvin klein freestanding retail store, calvin klein company store, or calvin klein company underwear store in the united states and puerto rico. there is no limit to the number of points you can earn. for more details, click here.
how can i verify my preferred point balance?
you may check your points on-line by logging onto your preferred program account. click here to log in. please allow up to one week for recent transactions to post.
how do i get credit for preferred points for purchases made without presenting my preferred card?
if you were shopping without your preferred card and would like to add your purchase to your account, please click here to log into your account and then follow the prompts to add your purchase. claims must be filed within 90 days from transaction date.
i think there was a mistake with my preferred points; how do I rectify my account?

i have two (or more) preferred program accounts. can they be combined?

redeeming rewards
 
when will i receive my rewards certificate?
certificates are automatically emailed to members every time a member’s points meet or exceed the 250 point threshold. after earning enough points to merit a certificate, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your certificate.
how long is my rewards certificate valid?
certificates are valid for 90 days from the date issued.
where can I redeem my rewards certificate?
certificates may be redeemed for purchases online at calvinklein.com or at participating Calvin Klein freestanding retail stores, Calvin Klein company stores and Calvin Klein company underwear stores in the united states and puerto rico. to find a store near you, click here.
can I redeem more than one rewards certificate at a time?
members may use an unlimited number of rewards certificates to make a purchase, but the value of the purchase must equal or exceed the total value of the combined rewards certificates, as no cash will be given as change.
can I replace a lost or stolen rewards certificate?
rewards certificates are like cash, and cannot be replaced.
